All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. Adjustments may be offered at Beaulett Beauty & Academy’s discretion. No refunds will be given after services have been completed.
Deposits
All booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits secure your appointment date and time and will be applied toward your service total.
Lash Trainings & Courses
All training deposits and payments are non-refundable. Due to limited seating, preparation, manuals, kits, and reserved class spots, no exceptions will be made. Students may reschedule one time with at least 72 hours notice, subject to availability.
